Virginia Professional Hearing Aid Center (VPHAC) is a comfortable, contemporary, and upscale audiology based hearing aid practice that believes in taking pride in our patients. Our philosophy is to show a strong professional commitment to the patients that we serve by providing top notch service.

We provide a range of hearing aid and hearing aid services for children and adults. Our audiologists at VPHAC are certified with dual licenses to practice in the state of Virginia. In fact, it is a requirement for our audiologists to update their competency in the area of diagnostics and hearing aid technology annually to better serve our patients.

We offer ample parking with two easy to find locations in the Richmond and the Tri cities areas. Virginia Professional Hearing Aid Center is more than just a company. It is a dynamic hearing healthcare and hearing aid technology office based around patient centered care.

Dr. Shantell Lewis, Chief Audiologist

"I believe that hearing is one of our most precious gifts. The ability to communicate effectively should not be taken for granted. I have dedicated my entire career toward research, advocacy, professional regulation and policy in hearing healthcare for children and adults. I have brought this knowledge to my patients for the last 17 years to ensure that they are receiving the best care with the most current practices. Good hearing health includes receiving routine hearing evaluations, exercising techniques to prevent permanent hearing loss and understanding hearing, though patient education and receiving assistance with hearing loss for those individuals that need it. I understand the variety of options for improving hearing health from the use of hearing aids and tinnitus. My special interests include hearing disease and disorders, neuro-otology, tinnitus and hearing aid technology. While cherishing my establish patients, I look forward to working with new individuals in need of hearing healthcare."

Dr. Lewis is a licensed and board certified audiologist and hearing aid dispenser in the state of Virginia.
